You cannot go wrong with this membership! Trust me your husband will NEVER know what it costs to get botox here 😉!

- 15 units of botox/month - can be carried over up to 1 year only OR 1 filler syringe every 3 months.
- 1 facial of choice/month (additional $50 for MD peel)

* The only substitutions able to be made would be to exchange for salt/sauna. This applies to all memberships. No exceptions.
